Co-operation between Hokkaido Technical School of Care and Welfare and Kainuu Vocational College has continued many years, but this year we are doing something new and different. The only bright side of covid-19 is, that it brings new innovations to many sides of life – also to international co-operation.

Students in both countries have made questions to each others. In this Zoom-seminar students will answer the questions and discuss the impacts of covid-19 in both countries.
